New Delhi: The senior Congress Party leader and in charge of Andhra Pradesh State affairs, Digvijay Singh on Thursday expressed joy over the start of discussions on Telangana draft bill in the state assembly.
Diggy spoke to the media on Thursday and iterated that the state assembly should only put forward their opinions and said it has no right to either accept or reject the bifurcation bill.
Answering the question posed by the media, Digvijay Singh said Congress Party does not have the culture of declaring their prime ministerial candidate before the elections.
